Yesterday evening Sacha Esterson, one of musicOMH's reviewers, was found on the A213 near Bolton. Sacha had been reported missing while walking his dog near his London home over a fortnight ago, carrying only his CD player and a copy of an album by a little-known British band named Elbow.

On his release from hospital this morning, he commented: "Well, I don't remember much, but it was sort of like I lost all touch with my senses. I'd been listening to this album called Asleep in the Back, and around 10 minutes in, I heard this track called Powder Blue. After that, all I remember are haunting, vivid pictures of newborn babies, little beasts, and the colour red."

Soon after this short recollection, Sacha once again lapsed into his dazed state.

What really happened that night? We have researched the album, and it seems that he recalls the names of some of the tracks. While listening to them he must have become hypnotised by the sensuous, beautiful, and pounding beats of the music, and walked all the way to Bolton.

Perhaps it was the luscious strings on Powder Blue, or the incredible better-than-sex climax in Newborn, or maybe the random sax sounds that feature in this stunning 60 minutes of musical paradise.

Readers beware: this album is incredibly dangerous, and can take you places you may never escape from.

By the way, has anyone seen Sacha's dog?
