Contributing Writer: Ben Greener

Ben Greener

Ben feels most at home in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, mainly as it's where his house is. Although that's not to say he hasn't felt at home in York either; he once had a house there, too.

Woefully underemployed in menial jobs, Ben returned to study for a Masters degree. He is looking forward to writing his dissertation on Italian Cinema. Unfortunately this means he has to leave the cosmopolitan hub of renaissance that is contemporary Newcastle, and live in troglodyte-era Rome over the summer. Drinking great coffee, enjoying authentic pizza and gazing upon raven-haired beauties are all some of the hardships Ben is definitely not looking forward to.

Currently on the tunepipe: Ryan Adams, The Go! Team, The Knife, Amores Perros OST. Go see: Hidden (Caché). Go rent: Anything by Fellini, Garden State, Me and You and Everyone We Know.
