Shawn Fitzgerald was born on December 27, 1968 in Peabody, Massachusetts. While his love for film would not go into full bloom until 1977 thanks to the original Star Wars, the initial seeds may have been planted before he was actually born - his mother chose to read the novel of Rosemary's Baby while she was in hospital awaiting his arrival.
He began film reviewing in high school back in 1983 with a review of Never Say Never Again, the remake of Thunderball, once again starring Sean Connery.
Shawn currently resides in a small suburban community just outside of Boston and works at a counselling company there.
