The Shady stable is actually attempting to take over the world. Or maybe that's just my analysis of the past few months, with major releases from Eminem, The Game and this latest effort from 50 Cent, which, to be frank, is a welcome break from Lil' Jon screaming "What?!" on every other rap song.

There is a certain mystery around Just A Lil Bit: despite the lyrics being blatantly sexual, the eastern beat amalgamated with a thumping bass-line captures the ‘exotic' nature of the song. It may as well be Candy Shop part two, but there's something missing.

Maybe the missing part can be explained by over-familiarity. After all, whether it be Candy Shop or Hate It Or Love It, Fiddy's found it inescapable of late. Just A Lil bit will certainly have people slow-grinding for the next few weeks at least, leaving them to hotly anticipate September's Anger Management Three tour.
