The second single to be taken from Winehouse's excellent Frank album, Take The Box is a gorgeous soulful ballad with Winehouse's marvellous voice at the fore.
The lyrics are an angry dissection of the end of a relationship and Winehouse's husky vocals perfectly suit the hurt, pained atmosphere. It may not be the most commercial track on the album but anybody who loves jazz or soul with an edge will be lapping this up.
It probably won't garner as much attention as Stronger Than Me but it's still a great example of one of the more talented singers to have emerged last year.
