If you thought The Hives and The Cardigans had Sweden's music scene all sewn up, just wait until you hear The Caesars.
This four-piece from Stockholm have apparently already made four albums, and are obviously heavily influenced by '60s underground bands. Jerk It Out sounds a bit similar to the classic 96 Tears, thanks to an organ sound that could have been buried in a time capsule. Thankfully, it still sounds incredibly fresh, due to the band's obvious energy.
After a warmly received support slot on Echoboy's recent tour, Jerk It Out could well be the song that proves to be the Caesars well deserved breakthrough.
