Charlotte Church is one of the more likeable pop stars around - refreshingly down to earth, funny and gobby, which made it all the more of a shame that her debut foray into pop, Tissues And Issues, was so patchy.

Moodswings was one of the more memorable tracks, being a slinky little pop number reminiscent of Natalie Imbruglia. It's got a nice piano riff running through it, has got a soaring chorus and lyrics that sound autobiographical, even though Charlotte's name doesn't appear on the credits.

It's a nice little pop song, but to be honest it's nothing you won't have heard elsewhere. If Charlotte's management has any sense, they'll be pushing her towards Xenomania's songwriting team - that really would be a match made in heaven...
