After the promising debut single For All My Sins, Cherryfalls new single is a big step up and demonstrates exactly why a lot of people are tipping them for big things.

Opening with a drum roll before settling into a Strokes-like melody, this may sound like a generic indie-pop ditty at first listen. However, closer inspection of the lyrics reveal pleasingly dark hidden depths to the song - "I want to find you, I want to f**k you up," being one of the lines that lead singer Joe McAdam manages to fit into the song.

With Longview, Keane and goodness knows who else jostling for position, the race to be "the new Coldplay" is a crowded market. Cherryfalls certainly have the talent to be contenders though, and you should be hearing much more of them pretty soon.
