Colour Of Fire - The Exile EP

Heavy weight rock, with strong, tight vocals from these hot young things, which evokes strong memories of 3 Colours Red or Our Lady Peace. With an EP that contains elements of Stoner, Indie, a dash of metal and thankfully plenty of melody.

The Company Won't Colour Me is defiantly derived from the Kyuss-gone-indie school of thought, with some slightly airy fairy but well executed falsetto vocals interspersed with chugging grooves. It climaxes in a vigorous chorus rattling out of the speakers with a pure intensity that escapes the very annoying scr-emo genre very well.

Featuring some more mellow, and seriously melodic moments in Ethereal, Jennifer is perhaps the weaker of the band's efforts, but this is quickly forgotten thanks to the brainless genius that exists in the form of F**k Work Let's Party, a sure-fire anthem for those without the benefit of job satisfaction, I would imagine.
