America's favourite female rock band return, just out of their teens and on a major record label. However, in case anyone thought that this might lead to a softening of The Donnas' "take that and party" attitude, Take It Off resolutely kicks all such notions into touch.
Bursting with guitar riffs unearthed from the late '70s (à la Van Halen and The Runaways), and topped with Donna A's suitably rasping vocals and an FM radio-sized chorus, Take It Off is a three-minute blitz of rock 'n' roll party action.
And with lines like "stop starin' at my D cup/Don't waste time just give it to me/C'mon baby just feel me up", it is clear that this is one set of grrrls who really know how to riot.
