Looks like Fall Out Boy have been texting once too often - and their second single from the Infinity On High album has lost all its vowels as a result.

It's also lost their killer instinct for a chorus - that is, when you compare it to previous anthemic effort This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race - for the darker, brooding verse leads through to a hook of less obvious melodic inspiration.

In fact you could go as far as suggesting that this is a second single by numbers, which would be chugging along in second gear were it not for Patrick Stump's commendable holler. It probably won't win too many recruits for the new album - but then all the fans will have bought it already, judging by its considerable success!
