Having dug their heels in against all manner of career obstacles, you might have thought Feeder would have reasons to be cheerful by now.
But no - as they stand on the brink of album number seven, their issues remain unresolved. "We've torn it all down!" exclaims Grant Nicholas in the second verse, over a rather portentous sound picture, lumpen bass drums doing battle with thick, reverb-heavy guitars.
"We're waiting for something new", emotes the chorus once again. The wait goes on - as it arguably does for us too - but at least they can't be accused of not sticking to their guns.
