Canadian songstress Feist has won many friends over the past few months with her wonderfully unclassifiable album Let It Die, and with Inside And Out picking up an impressive amount of radio play, that number is only set to swell.

A cover of the Bee Gees' song, Inside And Out is about as different as you can imagine from the wistful folk of previous single Mushaboom. A slinky, sexy concoction of funk, disco with a bit of soul thrown in, this takes the Brothers Gibb and drags them into the 21st century - managing to avoid alienating fans of the original and bringing on board those hip young things who would never dream of listening to a Bee Gees record.

All signs point to Inside And Out being a big hit, and word is that the album will be re-released this Spring. 2005 looks like being the year of Feist - well deserved, too.
