It's reunion time for the Finn family, with their first collaboration proper since 1995, ahead of the album Everyone Is Here. And from this four minute summer song, they're pretty relaxed about it all.
When I say it's business as usual that's the strongest compliment possible - effortless songwriting, a radio friendly chorus, some good production with piano up in the mix, and the brothers' instantly recognisable vocal style.
It's good to have them back in the same studio - whatever you might have thought of Crowded House, there's no denying the appeal of songs like Four Seasons In One Day and Weather With You. Won't Give In gives some indication that the brothers are capable of producing gems of similar stature, and while this is not top drawer Finn material, it's mighty close.
