"Where you gonna be in 10 years' time, will you be happy with the way you're living your life?" Sounds like introspective times for Gabrielle, but the reality is a nicely pointed, acoustic-flavoured song with some subtle production and a chorus made for radio.
All of which makes it surprising that radio hasn't caught on as much as usual - especially given that in the mid '90s Gabrielle was a given on many a commercial station playlist.
The quality hasn't wavered, that's for sure - even on the B-side Baby, I Believe, with its gently undulating guitar and soft electronic beat to back the immediately recognisable vocals. Who's going to bet against Gabrielle being around in 10 years' time?
