Green Day - Holiday

George Bush is good for two things: Giving every person a figurehead to get angry about other than Ronald McDonald and making Green Day get their act together and become one of the most important and relevant bands of the early 21st century.

Holiday, the third single from the bands multi-million selling album American Idiot is a riotous and incredibly sincere snatch at the Bush administration. It rocks, sings and falls around exactly as you'd expect Green Day to do in the current climate. Billy Joe sings every word as if his whole life depends on it, backed by a band hell bent on evoking emotion.

Holiday will give you the opportunity to enjoy a drunken rant about George W Bush and make you feel safe in the knowledge that there is a band out there who feel the exact same way.
