Har Mar Superstar brings you one of the themes of summer 2003, complete with sing-along vocals, a funky beat and a club-friendly bass line.
Piano in a dance track tends to remind us of 1998 or so, but in this case it is used sparingly and effectively. In addition Ez Pass makes some catchy use of dynamics, knowing exactly when to raise the treble and rap at us, and when to hit us with bass and groovy licks.
Ez Pass reeks of something somewhat dirty and Miami-bound, something Midnite Vultures-era Beck. It's all too easy to envision Ez Pass bringing a dose of funk to the dancefloor. Whether or not the DJ's who matter will latch onto the track and you'll hear the track more than once is another question altogether.
