It's been two years since their last album, but this is the first release from the Finnish group's next one Ghost Is Not Real. And if it's anything to go by, the new record will be a darker hue than its predecessor.
The real treat on the song is Reeta-Leena Korhola's beautiful and delicate vocals, which sit perfectly alongside Husky Rescue's chilled take on the electronica genre. Known and lauded for their captivating and luxuriant melodies, the band do nothing to disappoint with this release. Obligatory remixes from Tunng, Deaf Stereo and Emperor Machine are actually stronger than the radio edit.
For fans of the group, there's nothing especially novel about this - rather it's more of the same, a damn good record. For those who have yet to sample the delights of Finland's latest export, Diamonds In The Sky comes recommended.
