Poor old Jont still can't seem to get the recognition he deserves. Despite his song Sweetheart being featured on the end credits of Wedding Crashers, and being the very epitome of 'male singer/songwriter' that's so popular these days, he can't even boast a Wikipedia entry of his own, bless him.

Which is a bit of a shame really, especially when non-entities such as Newton Faulkner sell truckloads of records. Candlelit skips along merrily on a naggingly addictive acoustic guitar motif while Jont's vocals seem imbued with the very spirit of Lou Reed - at times, the resemblance is quite uncanny.

His mini-album One Long Song showed some promise, and the forthcoming Supernatural shows every sign of delivering on that promise. Buy this, and make this man a star please. Or at least get him a presence on Wikipedia.
