After supporting Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Primal Scream amongst others, the fantastically monikered Hotel and VV release another single from the superb Keep On Your Mean Side album.
It's been said many times before, but VV really does sound eerily like PJ Harvey, and this single could be an out-take from the Rid Of Me album. Hotel contributes a killer guitar line, over which VV wails mysteriously about black magic and two dollar love.
Backed by a slightly more mellow song called Cherry Red, this is The Kills at their best - dirty, sleazy and damn sexy.
