Things are looking good for this London based foursome, and a former opening act at a musicOMH.com live music night at the Luminaire in Kilburn. Having blown the staff and guests away on the night they’re now beginning to take the rest of the world by storm as well.

With a sound that seems to feel perfectly comfortable somewhere in the middle of The Kinks and Kings of Leon and bucketloads of youthful energy it's easy to see why this jangly double A side has had some heavy backing from Virgin Radio and Xfm.

Taking the bouncier elements of vintage pop and rock and mixing it in with a modern edginess makes the songs themselves are eminently listenable, albeit in a here today and gone tomorrow sort of way. In any case, this lot are definitely worth seeing live and keeping an eye on, as it will be interesting to see what the Kingsize sound develops into.
