When it comes to the crunch, who can resist a fiddle solo? Certainly not I. And that's exactly what soon-to-be-stars Larrikin Love deliver us amongst a frenetic mish-mash of reggae, punk and indie.

Larrikin Love are a four-piece from South West London who have already built a devout following, even before any real hint at a debut album. Edwould is three minutes of bizarrely danceable, off-kilter adrenaline fuelled madness with an inimitably euphoric chorus.

Frontman Edward Larrikin is excellent, with witty lyrics and engaging melodies delivered in his own unique, playful manner. Add to that a couple of finger blistering guitar solos from Micko Larkin and Edwould is pretty much irresistible. Larrikin Love's deranged take on music is fresh and exciting, and above all, music that you can afford yourself a little smile to. They sound like a bunch of lads having the time of their lives.
