Luke Slater's collaboration with Ricky Barrow continues with this second release from the album Alright On Top.

Stars and Heroes is arguably the best track on the album, and for the single release it has been edited down drastically to under four minutes. It works, though - and sounds much punchier than on the album.

A whole swathe of remixes backs the track up, all of them leftfield and all of them inferior to the main mix. But it's worth getting the single anyway as an introduction to this rather fine tech-head's musical world as he continues to migrate from the hard techno of his past to the 80s electropop of his new material.
