Lupine Howl - Don't Lose Your Head

buy music
Firmly in the acid-tinged country vein of The Verve, Don't Lose Your Head is a drifting, string-soaked ballad that will appeal to those who like their music to float by in a narcotic haze.

Music to lie in fields and stare at the clouds to, much as you'd expect from a band comprising of ex-members of Spiritualized.

Signing Off, the second song on the single, takes their soulful psychedelic sound to even more horizontal levels. It builds from a gentle strum into a quiet storm, and is only slightly spoiled by its uncanny similarity to another recent hit - the name of which I can't for the life of me remember.
