The erstwhile Sporty Spice was always a good bet to be the talented one from the archetypal girl group, and so she proved when the Northern Star album was such a success.
Here It Comes Again is the much heralded comeback single, and at first listen it's a dead ringer for Texas. A rather touching pledge of everlasting love set to a mid-paced guitar workout, it builds nicely to a chorus you think is going to be huge, but sadly turns out to a bit of a damp squib.
Still, it rocks along nicely and while some may deride Here It Comes Again as a slice of bland pop soul, at least Ms Chisholm's still making music these days, unlike some other former Spices we could mention.
