There's something in the cold delivery of Miss Kittin's vocal that makes me think of Fatal Attraction - this 'happy violentine' wish could come from a first degree bunny boiler!

In fact, the vocal sits rather well over tough beats and '80s flavoured synth lines in the Marco Passarani radio edit, with the other version for the airwaves from Glove being a chilled out affair. Completing a good set of 12" versions are Mad Professor, still a reliably good source of dub, and Michael Mayer who turns in a mighty good bass-heavy version.

I wouldn't say this is an overground hit in the making, but drop any of the mixes in a club and you're sure of a good crowd reaction, even if the vocal keeps you looking over your shoulder!
