Generating a blend of trash rock, which reeks of the current fuzzed-up retro rock scene, Modey Lemon are apparently singing about crows, which if nothing else is refreshing. Alas, for too long have the in-crowd gaggle of garage rock bands sung of birds of a different nature, coming, going, breaking their hearts, blah blah blah...

The truth be told, Crows is a one riff song. It's very repetitive, and exists purely for live shows and clubs, where I'm sure even the coolest of cats will be seen shaking their tail feathers like rabid peacocks.

B-sides Loch Ness Monster and Horsepower are something altogether different and verge on frightening. However if you a fan of early Deus stuff, thou shalt be in heaven. Enjoy.
