Those famed Glasgow rockers are back with a new album The Hawk Is Howling and Batcat is a little teaser to get you excited about them again.
The dense whirring guitars and pounding percussion on this epic single are more than impressive. They show that their style and approach to their music hasn't changed and it doesn't need to. The intensity of the guitars and the immense riffs blows you away.
You feel as if you have gone back to the early '90s when rock was good and it was the single most important thing. If this is the first single to be released from the album, then the rest of it must be brilliant. Roll on September 23rd.
