There's not a lot to dislike about the Official Secrets Act. They sound a bit like quite a lot of people, but have a sound that's distinctly their own.
The best way of describing it would be Mission of Burma fronted by Lena Lovich's brother. That may not sound like the nicest proposition in the world to you but the result, while a little discordant, is fresh and distinctive and wakes you right up, ringing round your head and refusing to go quietly.
They howl, they growl, they deliver taut and tetchy guitars and tense drums and have a very bright future ahead of them.
