It's a sign of the times that most of the American Dirty South are attacking the airwaves from all angles, simultaneously and consecutively. While Nelly's credibility has taken a knock with his brand of hip-pop his southern counterparts are doing exactly the same.

Petey Pablo is someone who seems to have found difficulty breaking into the UK market, and with his latest effort it isn't too surprising. It's possibly because the sound is a cheap imitation of Lil Jon's beats, possibly because guest artist Rasheeda sounds like a poor man's Missy Elliott.

Or probably because the track serves no purpose, the instrumental isn't bad but the rapping simply doesn't suit the beat at all. Vibrate is a bit of a musical patchwork quilt, and the only plus point of the single is Twista's verse on the Freek-A-Leek remix.
