The angry young men of Brooklyn are back, with the third single from their acclaimed album Gotham.

Start A Fire is one of the harsher tracks, the dustbin-lid effects being to the fore, and while the punk and funk beat is insistent and hypnotic the effect does begin to pall pretty quickly.

The three remixes don't add a great deal either, though the Justin Robertson instrumental mix does at least give relief from the virtual lack of any lyrics other than the title. It doesn't start my fire but I bet it does well on the dance floor.
