This first UK release from the female band comes on the heels of a rollercoaster of success in their native Sweden, seeing their song go from a 'friends and family' production run of 30 to No 1 in less than a month.

Their sound is, in their own admission, something like a mix between Simon & Garfunkel, The Smiths, early Bob Dylan and ABBA. It's also a fairly simple one, with two female vocals, two acoustic guitars and some drums. Refreshingly there's not a hint of bass or electronica.

The lyrics are charming in a naïve sort of way, and they carry the sort of message that is only political on an individual level. The overall effect is noticeably twee, but still strangely endearing. They may not be filling Wembley Stadium anytime soon, but keep an ear open for them.
