Incredible though it seems, The Rolling Stones are not only still hugely popular - tickets for their gigantic forthcoming world tour selling faster than the proverbial hot cakes - but sound like they're still enjoying it all too.

The 40 Licks album has spawned this pumped-up ode to rock'n'roll during which one can almost imagine Mick's lips pouting.

And despite their venerable age, they can still rock along with the best of today's pretenders. So ditch your nu-metal, hip-hop and R&B for a moment and be amazed that such energy as this can come from a band who've been around for nearly four decades - a band, moreover, who show no sign yet of slowing down.
