Sharam Jey - Feel Nobody

Sharam Jey is a dark horse of the Underwater label. Whereas all the glamour associates with Darren Emerson and Tim Deluxe, Jey continues to produce house music of a high standard, and his scheduled album 4 Da Lovers should raise his profile in March next year.

I say this especially as Feel Nobody will be on it - a twisted electro riff with a distinctly Daft Punk flavour but given some beefy house backing. Its punch line appears over and over again but never grates, especially in a club surround.

The B-side Slave appears in dub form, has a full bodied bass and a tune of similar proportions, proving to the unconverted that Sharam is no one trick pony.
