One has to feel slightly sorry for Shane Ward, catapulted to stardom by a reality TV show that in another few months will have a new Next Big Thing for its immense publicity machine to promote. Bearing in mind he is apparently now reduced to releasing tracks that are so insipid they wouldn't even be filler on a Westlife album, the bells seem to be tolling for his career.

A lot of artists spend years writing and recording albums, tweaking this and remixing that, which is something that Shayne and his ilk just do not have the luxury of being able to do. This kind of fame is of the most fleeting variety so everything is rushed for release, and boy does it show. Most of this is introduction, and at the point where you would expect the orchestral onslaught to arrive it just keeps on going into more of the same.

This track is a dire piece of music, which is a shame because they could actually have done something that was at least tolerable with it. That being said, we all know perfectly well it's going to head straight for the upper echelons of the charts. Still, at least it isn't the Crazy Frog...
