Shy FX & T Power feature someone called Di, which we presume to be an abbreviation of Diva. Her r'n'b vocals encourage us to shake our bodies, move to the rhythms and such like, but it isn't as if we'd need the encouragement. A manic d&b piece with big phat synths is all we need to get going, and Shake Ur Body gives them to us.

A resolutely urban release, Shy FX (aka Andre Williams) and T Power (aka Marc Royal) merge d&b with r'n'b to toe-tappin' effect here.

Various remixes by the likes of Digital & Spirit and Future Cut finish off the release.
