Six By Seven release I.O.U. Love, the second single from their forthcoming album The Way I Feel Today.

Unfortunately, where we might have expected some modicum of change to their rock noise since their last album, alas it was not to be. There are inventive glimmers here which never seem to get fully realised, underlining the potential the band have. Their seeming inability to realise that potential is what presently makes them so infuriating.

The single comes backed with two curiosities - Always Waiting For... (Demo) and Chanson Mort-Homme. Mort-Homme was a location used in a Wilbur Smith novel set in and around the First World War, and the track is suitably morose in nature, yet unusually quiet for this lot. That said, it is the most commercially viable thing they've yet recorded.
