This song is two and a half minutes long, and it has time to fit in nearly 10 seconds of feedback at the end, so you might think there is not a lot here. Wrong.

The Welsh wizards manage to cram in acoustic guitars, pianos, the fuzzy bass that helped define them and a distorted catchy chorus. The golden retriever in question refers to a woman who will "lead you blindly down every dark alley / then she'll bleed you dry".

Some might say it's a little too Radio 1 friendly, maybe. No doubt the new album, Phantom Power, will hold all manner of electronic and genre-crossing tracks that keep this band so fresh. I, and countless others, can't wait.
