Tears For Fears have always been seen as one of the better acts of the 1980's, with their music being appreciated today for more reasons than the usual camp-quality - the phenomenal success of Gary Jules' take on Mad World being the solid proof. So music fans would be forgiven for expecting the new single from the band to be something more than a cash in on reminiscing thirty-something's. These fans are certain to be disappointed.

While it would be silly for the band to continue with the 80's sound they were famed for, they have a lot of difficulty creating a more modern sound that works quite as well. Lyrically the track has about as much bite as a graduate of Louis Walsh's pop factory, a far cry from songs like Mad World.

The single as a whole is just as unimpressive, with not even any real B-sides to take solace in (unless you count three slightly different remixes of the single as genuine B-sides). All in all a very bland affair indeed.
