There's a lot of fuss over Terra Naomi at the moment. Her song Say It's Possible was inspired after watching An Inconvenient Truth, and legend has it that Al Gore asked her personally to perform it at the Wembley leg of Live Earth over the summer.
It's been viewed by millions of people at YouTube, and has even inspired an army of fans to perform their own 'tribute versions' of their own (that peculiar new phenomenen where members of the public lip-synch to a song on webcam, then post it on the internet). So, she's the new internet superstar - but is she any good?
Well, she's ok. Not Sorry is a perfectly nice slice of middle of the road acoustic pop - Naomi's got a good, if unremarkable voice, and the lyrics tell the angst-filled story of Naomi trying to win back her old beau from a new rival. It's just throughly average to tell the truth, and there are far more distinctive female singer/songwriters out there. If you come to this after reading all the hype about her, you may well end up scratching your head a bit.
