Are they as hard as the on screen persona of the late film star Charles Bronson? Well, if this debut single is anything to go by, then yes, they are. Then Came Bronson manage to sound ballsy, aggressive and mean, which is just right for this kind of hard rock band.

They are from Wales and there are four of them. Perhaps it was their background, raised on the tough streets of their native homeland, that makes them sound so harsh and violent. The riff on Bringing Me Down is sharp enough to cut your fingers and with its gritty appearance it doesn't fool around. The song's posture is as tight as an overweight person trapped in leather clothes and the vocals compete well enough. B-side Johnny Gibbons is a solid song that shows how strong a live band they are.

They do sound very promising. With this kind of strength, musical aptitude and rock 'n' roll attitude, they have an abundance of talent to progress further from this excellent first single release.
