Tobias Froberg found fame, albeit of a limited and often looked down upon kind, when his music was picked up by Panasonic for a TV ad.

For his new release from his latest album, Somewhere In The City, the Swedish indie singer songwriter has turned squarely to '60s America for inspiration. God’s Highway is a folksy piece of West Coast rock, with gentle precussion and multi-track harmonies - very Turn Turn Turn. Recorded with a gospel quartet to give the vocals a lift, it has the simple melody and repetitiveness of a good folk number, and you soon find yourself tapping toes and ‘mmm-mmm-mmm-ing’ along.

Froberg’s voice is light but has a very warm timbre, sweet and effortless - music for a warm summer evening when you’re in a reflective mood.
