Fran Healy once penned tracks like More Than Us and Writing To Reach You, and such masterpieces rendered Travis' first two outings as must-have for most music lovers. The time since has not been so kind, with The Invisible Band, particularly, passing rather anonymously.

Love Will Come Through, however, is essentially perfect. As Travis can do better than anyone on their day, it is a simple chord progression fed through acoustic guitar and layered with lead guitar so catchy your gran would struggle to get it out of her head (especially given that the track appears on the swanky new Post Office adverts).

Fran knows what we want and with this single gives it to us without question. It's more compelling than the other singles taken from 12 Memories (perhaps because it deals with love, and not journalism or domestic abuse) and should go a long way to preserving the good name and reputation of these four Scottish likely-lads.
