Ever since Christian O'Connell left Xfm I've become a radio whore, frequently switching radio allegiances in the search for something to listen to once my alarm goes off. This track usually greets me every morning on 1Xtra, regular as clockwork, and is bound to be a huge hit as a result of its massive airplay.
It's a likeable R&B/Hip Hop crossover that has a great deal of pop potential written all over it. The subject matter deals with the familiar territory of the singer being really good in bed and these are all the things he'll do to you if you share that bed with him. Hardly original stuff but you can ignore that faint whiff of misogyny because it's so danceable and chock full of sexy moans. The song name checks Marvin Gaye, though this is no Sexual Healing. For radio-friendly R&B, however, it deserves to be a hit.
If only it didn't remind me of having to get up in the morning...
