Re-releasing, eh? It's a bit of a dirty habit. If it sank without trace the first time around, is there any honour to be had in peddling it again? It's like repeating that joke you cracked because you thought nobody had heard it: turns out they did, they just thought it was shite.

We Are Scientists, then, are playing with fire. Or - more aptly for their monicker - are they playing with science? Nobody Move, after all, takes the obligatory ingredients of most contemporary guitar bands (a skinny tie here, an imitable lyric here) and grafts them together into an enjoyably off-kilter mass that would be more accurately entitled I Can't Believe It's Not Bloc Party.

With any luck their written conclusion will prompt a greater deal of originality in a rerun (or re-rerun?) of the experiment and their palatable ability will rise above the congealed surface of imitation. If not, I'm afraid I'll have no other choice than to give them a C- and a 'See me, please'.
