Get Behind Me Satan was one of the more surprising treats of the year, seeing Jack and Meg take a break from the blues and explore disco, bluegrass, and country - sometimes in the space of just one song.
The Denial Twist continues the disco edge of the last single My Doorbell, with its short, sharp bursts of piano, but the overall mood is darker, with Jack fretting about infidelity, jealousy and paranoia. It also has the Whites' usual genius for a killer hook, meaning it'll be stuck in your head for days.
Look out too for the typically surreal video by Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind director Michel Gondry - one of the most visually inventive videos you're likely to see all year.
