They may have that rather shaggy 'indie' image, and be signed to Deltasonic, home of The Coral and The Rascals, but at heart The Zutons have always been a big, shiny pop act.
Although their best known song may be now better known thanks to Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse, Always Right Behind You sees the Scouse minstrels going full-on commercial. Some may it find a bit grating though at first listen - this couldn't be more '70s sounding if it wore a kaftan and rode a Chopper bike.
It's a massive, glam rock stomp of a song, bathed in slide guitar and Abi Harding's trademark saxophone, while Dave McCabe's impassioned Lennon-like vocals have never sounded better. Even if you cringe at the thought of a Mud or Slade comeback, you won't be able to resist this song's charms. This is going to be huge.
