Contributing Writer: Steve Hands
Steve Hands
Steve's various creative roles have included skeleton-for-hire, stationery cleaner and box-shifter. Steve missed out on joining the formative Destiny's Child as he couldn't afford to pay his bills, bills, bills.

Steve spent far too much time alone in his bedroom as a teenager, with only his fabulous Realistic record 'deck' for company. Since then, Steve has spent years pondering the important contribution that Racey, Shakin' Stevens and Dr. Alban have made to the rich tapestry of Pop. These two facts alone make Steve uniquely qualified to blather on about music to his heart's content.

Steve lists his musical heroes as Opus, waistcoat-era David Essex, and the maracca-shaking, eye-patch dude from Dr Hook. His favourite musical memory is Sue Pollard singing Helen Reddy's I Am Woman on Tarby & Friends.
