Born to a bewildered mother and father in a little town called Mullingar, Dylan set about his worldwide rampage on this unexpecting planet. Growing up in the Irish midlands where there was little or nothing to do, he did exactly what any fast-talking eccentric young man should do to keep out of trouble... Get into the Radio broadcasting industry. Spending most of his teens drinking, playing gigs and listening to heavy music there then came a time to get a real job and work on that education thing. So as a result, he spent almost two years working for local radio station Midlands Radio 3, before going on to study for a Diploma in Radio Broadcasting, and further a Degree in Media management. However, during this time he developed an even more obsessive hold on everything musical. So holding a copy of Pearl Jam's almighty 'Ten' album as his Excalibur, he ran into battle with the Irish music scene wearing nothing but a copy of the Irish Times and a set of drumsticks in his defence. Now permanently based in Dublin, Dylan's days are spent pretending to work hard for the Irish Times and by night, his time is spent playing drums for who ever will take him, and going to as many gigs as time allows. It keeps him off the streets, he says.
