Kate Bennett
Here's everything published by this contributor on musicOMH.
Kate Bennett spent her formative years on the West Pennine Moors and the South Downs, and is consequently very good at walking up steep inclines. Her first gig, aged six, was the ‘Christmas In Spiceworld’ tour at the MEN Arena in 1999, and she makes no apologies for having enjoyed it very much. Though she can be relied upon to know all the words to ‘Wannabe’ if it comes up in a karaoke bar, her musical taste has since gravitated more towards punk rock, synth rock, noise rock, and - somewhat incongruously - ‘80s/’90s hip-hop. She is currently an English Literature student and is looking forward to fruitless decades of unemployment when she graduates. She tweets at @KateVBennett
